FormPilot understands the structure of common documents — ID cards, driver's licenses, passports, paychecks, bank statements, prior tax returns. Photograph the source once and the data is structured into a portable profile.
Then pick a form — government, banking, HR onboarding, school enrollment, insurance — and FormPilot maps your profile to the form's fields, flags ambiguities for you to confirm, and either auto-submits (when allowed) or generates a print-ready PDF. Every transcription is shown to you for verification before submission.

Trained on Israeli, EU, and US identity documents and the most common form templates. New form layouts learned from 1-2 examples.
Privacy by default
Your documents are processed and discarded — never stored on our servers. Your profile lives encrypted on your device, you control sync.
Confirm-before-submit
FormPilot never submits without you. Every field is shown, ambiguities flagged, you tap to confirm. Auto-fill is fast — confirmation keeps it accurate.
Print-or-submit
When the form supports digital submission, FormPilot does it directly. When it requires paper, you get a print-ready PDF with everything in the right place.
B2B onboarding mode
Companies can ship FormPilot bundles — a set of internal forms ready to fill from any new employee's documents. Reduces HR onboarding from days to minutes.
RTL + LTR forms
Hebrew and Arabic forms get the same treatment as English. Mixed-direction documents (passport with Hebrew + Latin) handled cleanly.
