Privacy Policy

What this is

This is the privacy policy for OPUS Studio (opus-studio-eight.com), a studio operated by Elia Shmuelovitch out of Netanya, Israel. It covers what data the studio collects, how it’s used, and what your rights are.

What we collect

The studio only collects two kinds of personal data:

  1. Waitlist email addresses — when you submit your email to request closed-beta access for a product, we store the email, the product slug you’re interested in, your language preference, and a timestamp.
  2. Server logs — Vercel (our hosting provider) automatically records request IPs, user-agent strings, and timing for every page view. We use this to debug and to rate-limit abusive traffic. Logs are retained for 30 days.

We do not collect: cookies for tracking, third-party ad pixels, fingerprinting signals, or any data beyond what’s listed above. We do not sell or share your data with anyone outside the processors listed below.

Who handles it

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until you ask for them to be deleted, or until the relevant product launches and you either onboard or opt out. Server logs are retained for 30 days by Vercel and then discarded.

Your rights

Under GDPR (if you’re in the EU) and Israel’s Privacy Protection Law (if you’re in Israel), you have the right to: access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or have it exported in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email elia@oneapikey.app and we’ll respond within 14 days.

Children

OPUS Studio products are not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

We’ll update this policy if our practices change. The version number and date at the top of this page reflect the most recent revision.
