Who we are
OPUS Studio (“the studio”) is a studio operated by Elia Shmuelovitch out of Netanya, Israel (opus-studio-eight.com). These terms govern your use of the studio website and any product it operates that is currently in closed beta.
Closed beta access
All products listed on the studio site are in closed beta. Access is granted at the studio’s sole discretion based on the information you provide when you request access. Submitting a request does not guarantee access.
Closed-beta access is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. There is no uptime SLA, no support response guarantee, and no commitment that any specific feature will ship or remain available.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the studio products beyond your own activity
- Use the products to send spam or harass others
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls
- Resell or sublicense access without written permission
- Use the products in ways that violate Israeli law or the law of your jurisdiction
Intellectual property
The studio retains all rights to its source code, designs, brand assets, and product names. Beta access is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the products for your own evaluation. Any feedback you provide may be incorporated into the products without compensation or attribution.
Termination
The studio may terminate your access to any product at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — typically because the beta is moving to a new phase, the product is being deprecated, or the access policy is changing. You may stop using the products at any time and request your data be deleted (see the Privacy Policy).
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you have paid the studio in the 12 months preceding the claim — which during closed beta is $0.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version number and date at the top of this page reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
