Kosher Classifier
Classifies domains the way a posek would — signed, auditable, pluralistic.
Overview
A REST API that classifies domains and URLs into 20+ religious and technical categories. FastAPI + PostgreSQL + Redis, Alembic migrations, 14 passing tests, docker-compose environment. Every taxonomy change is signed with Ed25519 and written to an append-only audit log. Halacha-protected categories are immutable; others ride a human-in-the-loop review queue. Crawler and ML classifier follow.
What it does.
Active construction. Scope and architecture locked; implementation in progress.
Where this is heading.
First crawler (Scrapy or Colly) classifying 10K–50K Hebrew domains, `/v1/classify` with real data instead of metadata-only categories, ML model v1 trained, Supervision Panel MVP (4 screens for human review).
